First of all let me say that I am not a person to give out unnecessary compliments, and I am usually very slow to flatter, no matter how good someone is at their trade. In this case I have to make an exception! For over a year, I held an image of the perfect wedding rings designed for my fiancé (now my wife) and I. The rings would be in the shape of an 8 sided bolt which symbolized that we were, bolted to one another for life...Sounds dramatic, I know! However, our relationship is just that serious to us. I also wanted engraving on the men's ring. The engraving would say "Forever Faithful," but in Vietnamese Language; complete with all the accents. The Men's ring also would need diamonds which were faceted in the top face of the ring; in the same tradition the Women's ring needed to match identically. The catch was that the Men's ring needed to be at least 14mm in length, and the Women's would be about 3mm, again, I wanted my ring to be very dramatic to match the 2 carat stone that accompanied my now wife's engagement ring. Long story short, Slava is not only an artistic GENIUS, he is a phenomenal salesman with the highest standards of customer services. To top it all off...I went on my Honeymoon and completely scratched up the face and back of my Men's ring. For Slava and his staff, this was not a problem, they Rhodium Plated ALL of the scratches out within an hour of me dropping it off; my ring was like new again! I can't tell you how many people have commented on this ring, and have asked where and how they can get one, and most off want to know WHAT ELSE CAN THIS GUY DO?!? Like I said, Slava and his staff are everything that ANYONE needs for any kind of jewelry needs.
